Getting Started - April 2nd!

Anyone else getting started tomorrow for the first time with 30 DS? I'd love to hear about your plans and help keep each other motivated? I'm excited and a little frightened.

I'll be doing 2 days with 1 day rest, rinse and repeat!

Here's my weight stats, when hubby gets home tonight I'm gonna have him tape measure me and take before photos (prob for my own use, it's pretty gross!) I'll update when I get the numbers!

CW: 261.8 lbs

    Hi! I'm starting today and will be taking before photos and measurements here shortly, before I begin. I'll be mixing in some cardio days & a rest day once a week. I'll update a little later, too. Best wishes!

    Hiya - I'm starting today too!!!!

    My plan is too do it as many days as I can - with Easter etc coming up lots of family things getting in the way.

    But I'm going to alternate it between

    Day 1 - 60 mins cardio then 30DS
    Day 2 - 20 mins cardio then 30DS

    Taking measurements etc today too!!!

    I started on 4/2 as well. But, I'm having my tubes tied 4/25, so I'm hoping to drop some extra "me", to hopefully help my recovery.

    So, the plan is that I'm going to fast track it a little by trying to do each phase for a week with little to no down time. Then I'll do the program again when I'm recovered enough to take it up again. I'm excited to see what I can do in 22 days!

  • I'm starting today (April 5) and going every day until April 29th... mixing in a little C25K if I'm not too tired! I'm going to Vegas on April 30th and would like to look my best! :) So I guess I'm doing a 25 day shred, haha.
