April 1st How'd we do???

I suck. I think I am the same weight maybe down a pound since March 1st and I have not lost any inches I did do 5-6 of each level each week. I liked shred much better than ripped- RESULTS were huge.

I'm gonna post my results tomorrow....just don't feel like measuring right now I think I have some changes. I know I've lost at least 4 pounds. I thought about doing the 30 day shred but I heard it's easier and not as challenging. Mkam1980, You have done both what do you think? I need to get involved in something soon. It really helped me finish having a group do the same video.0

I posted my results on the "RI30 results" topic. I'm really happy with them. I did the video every day except 4 days off. I also did 45minutes of cardio a day in conjunction. I'm going to do another video soon. I think maybe Jillian's ab dvd. It worked for me and I'm super excited about it. I never thought I would get into doing videos.0
