April 1st How'd we do???
I suck. I think I am the same weight maybe down a pound since March 1st and I have not lost any inches I did do 5-6 of each level each week. I liked shred much better than ripped- RESULTS were huge.

Week 2
How is everyone doing starting Week 2 of Ripped in 30? I did it this morning for the first time and it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to! Starting Ripped in 30 for March
Looking forward to starting Ripped today! I'm aiming for 10 pounds this month!!
Motivation and support
Looking for others who want to do the Ripped in 30 DVD in March. I already did the 30 Day Shred and got a bit bored in the end. This DVD has mostly new moves and supposedly doesn't repeat any moves between the 4 levels. Tried level 1 yesterday and I loved it!
