Here are my beginning measurements and below that is my final measurements. How did everyone else do?


Hello! I did my measurements relunctantly! By the way I'm doing the Ripped in 30 I thought it was the Shred...hope i can still report my progress :) Here they go..

CW: 180
GW: 155

Neck: 13
biceps: 13 (found this alarming that they were the same as my neck!)
waist: 36.5
Hips: 45
Thigh: 25.5
Calf: 11


Ok here are my stats to end the Ripped in 30 ( I also did 45 minutes of cardiio on the treadmill everyday)

CW 174.5 loss of 5.5 pounds
Neck 13 no loss
biceps 12 loss of an inch
waist 35 loss of 1.5 inches
hips 40 loss of 5 inches
thigh 24 loss of 1.5 inches
calf 14.5 GAIN of 3.5 inches

I feel pretty good about my overall loss. I was a little surprised at my calves growing 3.5 inches! Wow that is a lot. Either I miss measured or wow I had skinny calves! They look way more defined now. I am so happy about my hips! I want to lose more off of my waist but hey I'll take it. I will work harder on the next video! Has anyone else measured?
