Im new to the group but I have been keeping track of my walking this month. My goal is 900 mins and see how close I can get to it and build off that number in the months to come.

I did a 5k walk this past weekend and learned I am a little more out of shape than I thought. I did the walk fine but I am much slower than my friends. At times I wish they would have just kept walking and not stopped to wait for me. I know their heart was in the right place but made me feel a little crappier. On the postive side of them walking fast I was able to get the 5k done in 60mins! Now just gotta get into better shape for the one in Oct.0 -
