Hey all,
Missed 3 days of working out, my first time off schedule here... ugh. I had so much work, I actually stayed awake through a night and went right to work Friday, so then I was too tired to work out and still felt exhausted Saturday... Back to business today. I started the week 3 schedule, which actually looks a little less crazy than week 2.
How are you all doing?
