For you to see some bigger results in fat loss and inches?

For me, I saw results after the first stage. I had noticably more definition in my arms and abs and even lost a couple inches; but I didnt see much of a change on the scale. I HIGHLY recommend taking pictures and measurements to track your progress instead of focusing on the scale.
It took me a while to really "break up" with the scale (I used to be a daily weigh-er), but now - as long as I can SEE the changes, it really doesnt matter what the scale says.0 -
I didn't measure my body fat percentage at the beginning....and, I *should* have, since 80% of my goals surrounded getting my body fat 5 down to 20%, lol! PS - I am STILL not at 20%, lol.
I saw inches lost in Stage 2 and I saw definitie improvement, by photos, in Stage 3 (which is where I currently am). I have not dropped a "jean size" and I have not dropped any signicant weight.
I am VERY comfortable that, by the end of this program, I will have lost weight, inches, one jean size - and will be able to do push-ups, pull-ups, chin-ups, and squat/deadlift my bodyweight (or close thereto). I am more convinced, every single day, that this program will do EVERYTHING that it has promised to do!

For me, my biggest inches loss was the first 6 weeks. I saw no weight loss from start to finish but in total went from a size 6 to a size 4. My last cut cycle right after finishing stage 7 did bring me into size 2. It is not a very fast process but it work0
