body bugg users. basic questions, and of course fustrations.

when i started MFP i ate 1200cals +exercise cals. i lost 25lbs in four months

got the body bugg i have my goal set to burn 2500 and now i eat 1750 - 1800. i have lost nothing. ( going on 1 month) i think i might be gaining but my weight just fluctuates? not sure yet. but no real weight loss that's for sure.

i do not eat healthy. i haven't seen a veggie in over 3 months. i drink more diet dr. pepper than water, and i eat most of my calories in rice and cheese. but if its calories in calories out, than shouldn't this be working?

do i need to give this some more time? or should i change something?

    The whole point of eating more is providing your body with adequate nutrition meaning vitamins and mineral. You should seriously consider giving up diet Dr. Pepper mostly. Also, eat several servings of veggies and fruit each day. They are very very important!! Also, make sure you are meeting your protein/carb/fats requirements each day. It doesn't sound like you are properly fueling your body at all.
