Notes: I'm finding that weekends are my biggest problem. During the week I'm on a better schedule and I do better with planning my meals and following through. On the weekends, things sometimes "happen" and although I did good with adjusting and compensating, it was a lot more stressful than during the week. I was thinking on the way to work I need to be more OCD with my planning & tracking to keep my train on track. But my train has definitely left the station and I'm doing better than I ever have at staying in that positive mindset!0 -

Note: Hardest part is to keep things out of my mouth that I should not eat. I always start off being so good and then I jut lose momentum. I refuse to let that happen to me this time. I am back strong today and I can and will do this.0
