    I *know* I am not going to make it to 100 miles. This will be my first full month walking every day in years. I am trying to push through degenerative disk disease, sciatica, and osteoarthritis. I have some good and bad days. But right now I am just happy to be trying.

    You are doing a great job. Move when you can but also listen to your body's signals.
