As a single Mom I would rather see someone tell you up front that they aren't looking for that. I don't see anything wrong with it. It is a deal breaker like any other.

Absolutely! Let's not waste each other's time.

And, while I think "no fatties" is rather crass, I would want to know up front if a partner's personal appearance is a high priority to my date. Some people care, some people don't. I don't fault the ones who care (I do, a little, too) but I think it's important to know early into the relationship.

I am wondering why do guys post pictures of their cars/trucks/motorcycles? Do they think that is a turn on?

I've seen several woman say they love a guy with a motorcycle or a big truck, so yes apparently it is a turn on.

If a woman posts "no fatties" or indicates she wants someone in shape who can keep up with her... is it wrong to ask her what her 15k time is? And tell her that she looks skinny fat and I could run her into the ground? I mean really, it's only fair. lol

    SO DID YOU ASK?!?! LOL

Where I live (iowa) I'd say like 70%+ of women say they love motorcycles.

It annoys me when people don't answer emails... not "hey, you're cute. wanna chat?" emails, but ones where I actually put effort into asking a question and want to hear an answer. Asked one guy about his job, as it relates to an area I'm looking to get into. No answer. Asked another if there was a story about his username, because it made me smile. No answer. Blah! <channels Stephanie Tanner> How Rude... </Stephanie Tanner>

Harleys are sexy and the guy needs to be in the picture with it. Crotchrockets scream DOUCHE to me and a picture of it by itself is just stupid.

I think it's to put pics of your passion... :frown: (I'd put a pic of myself in it though, true)

And how this does ever look stupid is beyond me:

If you have something like this that you rebuilt go ahead and post it but not something that you just bought off a lot. That is a sexy ride.

    Ouch.
Note to self: Don't post pics of things you enjoy (unless they are a brand name) because it makes you look like a douche.

Just don't be one of those people that has like one crappy picture of yourself, but 5 good pictures of your cat. And please don't post random photos of buildings or fish just to show off how great of a photographer you think you are.

If you have a bike that you want to show off, post a picture of yourself on it. It's a dating site, not facebook, they only care about what you look like (in my opinion at least).

Where were brand names ever mentioned and you can post pictures of things you enjoy but a picture of a bike alone just say "hey look what I have." The main part of my question is why are you posting pictures of something with out you in it. This goes along with kids and pets also. If you are not in the picture I do not need to see it.

Fair enough. I'm just playing devils advocate.
