hip popping/pain (single leg squats etc)

It's mostly just on my right side but I can feel it a little on the right too. And I especially feel it (and hear it) during single leg squats. It hurts around my right hip and there is a pop and I can barely do single leg squats standing on my right leg. There are some other exercises that hurt too but I can't think of them right now. Lunges and two leg squats are good.

Anyone else have hip pain?

Sorry to hear about your pain - I don't have much real pain, but my knees, shoulders, and hips all pop during the workouts. It isn't painful though and my knees pop when I squat down anyway. Are you sure your form is correct and are you wearing good shoes with proper support?

I have the same issue. Mine isn't pain as ouch as it is just a little uncomfortable and a lot annoying. If I watch my form it gets better but never goes away. I would say if it hurts, get it checked out just in case.

Thanks ladies. I don't wear good shoes, but that's because I workout barefoot! lol. maybe I should try and see if it makes a difference. I noticed last night doing leg bicycle things that my left hip was bothering me more than my left in that exercise 0_0
