3 weeks ago I lost .5 pound....last week I gained .5 pound and decided that I was going to raise my calories by first eating my NET BMR calories. This week I got on the scale and lost 1.5 pounds! I was sooooo excited. I can't wait to see what I lose next week!

Thanks everyone for this great group and all of the wonderful information!

    Yay!! Congrats! :D So glad you're seeing progress!

    Don't forget- weight can fluctuate a bit for the first month or so of upping cals so don't worry if you see a small gain next week. Just remember how good it feels to be fueled properly and not be exhausted all the time!

    I'm starting to see some results, too! Weight loss is slow, but I'm near the end of my journey so I'm just going to have to accept that and be happy for small losses! :) I'm eating more and losing - can't complain!
