Healthy bmi

I'm 5"4 152 pounds and I just can't seem to loose anymore in May 2011 I was weighing in at 189 so in under a year I have lost 2 1/2 stone! Which I'm proud of but I'm still half a stone away from being in my healthy bmi.
I zumba twice a week and walk a lot throughout the week my diet is good with the occasional treat! I have used slim fast which helped me lose the last half a stone I've used adios which helped me with the 2 stone it just seems that this last little bit isn't going anywhere
Please send me hints and tips to fight off the last dreaded half stone.

What's your water intake? Increasing your water can help get things started. Also maybe do more cardio? Or change up your exercise routine. I know our bodies get used to the same things and they don't burn calories the same way.0

Sometimes when you stick to the same workout routine and calorie intake, you can get stuck in a little plateau. I used to use the elliptical all the time and I couldn't break 150. Once I started using the treadmill more then the elliptical I was finally able to just break 150. And drinking more water can help flush some of the sodium and other stuff out of your body. Just like with certain medications, your body becomes immune to it working after you've taken it long enough and a dosage has to be increased, I think the body is the same way. Just try to change up your workout routine a bit and see if that helps.0
