thanx everyone.... i lost 11 pounds in these two months..... am happy... where is everybody else?
my BMI is FINALLY in the NORMAL weight range! No longer considered overweight!! This is just the motivation I need because I cannot let myself get back to the overweight BMI!
After the first month of this, how did you do? I must admit I didn't lose 5 pounds like I planned. I only lost about 3, I had a few difficult days, which always seemed to launch my weight back up a couple pounds. i keep fluctuating between 145 - 150 and I just can't break it. I'm motivated to exercise. I love to jog, bike, swim, etc. I love the mental clarity I gain from a 3 mile jog. But..yes, there is a BIG butt :laugh: : ). not really that big, What I mean is.... i struggle with portions and cravings. Who else feels this way? and what are we going to do about it?

Hey everybody. How are you all doing. My first day is a success. I went to the gym last night and did the 100 workout. I am SORE! I'm going again tonight but I am gonna do the elliptical and do arms. Tomorrow I will resume the 100 workout.
