Diet tricks !

- When having a little hunger . eat a fruit and keep saying that you can do it !
- Avoid corn syrup
- Don't let junk food warp your brain
- Structure meal and snack times (don't wait too much from a meal to another eat every 2 hours but something healthy like fruit, vegetables,soup etc.)
- Satisfy the body, especially at breakfast (it means that after a meal , you stop being hungry)
- Change your environment (do not eat in front of the television, laptop etc..)
- Enjoy your food (if you pay attention to the food's colour,texture etc. you will be filled more quickly)
- while making exercise breath constitutively
- Avoid Sausage, bologna, pepperoni, salami, corned beef
- Avoid Caffeine in large quantities

    -cut out all white breads, only eat whole wheat
    -drink plenty of water
    -eat lean meat and veggies at meals

    (you should have a lean protein and something green in every meal)

  • Completely agree WATER, WATER, & WATER!!
    With past weight loss experience I learned that if you eat SPROUTED whole wheat bread, it's alot easier on your stomach &bloating. Also drinking Dandelion Root tea helps enormously with extra water weight.
