I did the Hollow Man both times today during my workout without feeling like I was going to die. I mean, it was challenging for sure but I managed to hold it! Getting stronger and it feels great!

Whats the hollow-man? I'm only on workout 3, so maybe I haven't seen it yet. Is it brutal??0

It's in Workout 4. It's not too brutal but just requires a lot of concentration. You lay on your back with arms stretched out in front of you. Lift your head and shoulders off the floor and both legs. She has you hold the position for 30-60 seconds I think. Today was the first I could hold the position the entire time.0

That's amazing! Well done! I did it way longer than I could last week for sure- I can do the ones where you go from standing down to plank and back again- and it was awesome! I was way proud of myself Great job!0

YAAAAY!!! I did it too but had done it before on another JM DVD so I was prepped.
I can't imagine how much harder the next workouts will be~ going from 1 & 2 to 3 & 4 was a significant "leap"~ BUT, I could DO it so I guess that's saying something!!0 -
