i spend at least an hour and a half, sometimes two in the gym (depending on my cardio/strength routine for the day) at least 4 times a week. i work hard, sweat, and turn beet red.
i was trying to do that on 1500 - 1800 calories per day. HRM says i burn between 700 and 1000 calories most days at the gym. (i did not lose at all for the month, at all!)... so, since i burn a bunch, i figure i should eat a bunch. it's hard though, to keep sodium below 2500 at that level though. (even getting a hefty chunk of my calories for the day from protein sources)0
