So upon several recommendations, today I bought some Suntheanine (http://www.amazon.com/Natural-Factors-Stress-Relax-Suntheanine-Chewable/dp/B000OEPAH0/) to see if that helps me with work-related stress. I'm still taking
Gymnema Sylvestre to help regulate blood sugar (I'm hypoglycemic). One tablet of that didn't seem to do much, but two at a time (as recommended by the short home cleanse I just did) seems to be having a positive affect. I'm curious to see how the Suntheanine works -- I've also read about Holy Basil, but the woman at Whole Foods said that Suntheanine worked better for her personally, and is what most people buy. I also had another nutrition-minded friend recommend this particular brand. Have you had any experiences with herbs?
