Has anyone tried these 3 dvd series? I currently just got it and it's a pretty good arm workout. I like the JKD trapping and how it was integrated with the Filipino Martial Arts. If your not familiar with Dan Inosanto he was one of Bruce Lee's closest students. Dan Inosanto is one of the biggest influence in FIlipino Martial arts and ne of three people allowed by Bruce Lee to teach Jeet Kune Do.

I am not aware about the 3 DVD Series. You know the Title of the series? I am a fan and admired Bruce Lee's JKD, his training skills and discipline. Got copy of almost all of his movies. Can you tell us the titles so we can it out as well? Thanks in advance.0
