Wrist Exercises
Can anyone recommend some good effect wrist/forearm exercises? Traditional I have been doing Wrist Curls, Reverse Wrist Curls, Wrist Rolls (Stick with weight tied to a string), and Wrist Rotations with a dumbbell and the occasional kettle bell.

Any practitioners of Eskrima? If so, what form do you prefer? I prefer the Double Baston ( 2 Sticks) and Single Baston with a Karambit. Why did I choose Karambit over a Balisong? The Balisong is big like a hand fan were the Karambit is more concealable (I am a short range fighter, I prefer to be in your face)
