Wrist Exercises

Can anyone recommend some good effect wrist/forearm exercises?

Traditional I have been doing Wrist Curls, Reverse Wrist Curls, Wrist Rolls (Stick with weight tied to a string), and Wrist Rotations with a dumbbell and the occasional kettle bell.

    Finally got my hibernating behind back on MyFitnessPal...did very well keeping the weight off but then started slipping...one of my favorite wrist exercises to do anywhere is with the use of only your wrist & pointer finger, go thru the letters of the alphabet.

    I think just gripping is probably the most effective forearm exercise. Try hanging a towel over a high bar, grabbing both ends with one hand, and take your feet off the ground.
