It's 101 running tips - I've read it before and it's pretty good.
As for progress - I finished my last interval run (Week 6 Day 2) a few days ago, but haven't been able to get out since then (that was Saturday, it's now Wednesday) because of the weather! Mon and Tues were rainy and today it's snowing! I might re-start week 6 because I'm not sure if I'm quite ready to give up the interval runs yet - I'm really excited for running a long time non-stop but don't want to put myself off if it's too hard just yet!
Anyway, I'm thinking about finding a gym I can go to as a one-off to get some running in to keep my fitness up if this snow stays around, so will let you guys know how it goes 0 -
