Miles in April Challenge

Let's get it started!:bigsmile:

I didn't do the March challenge but was inspired by my friend TidyTinTin - get in here girl - let's do it!

I log my workouts on a calendar so I added up my miles for March - total was 80,

Going to shoot for 90 in April.:tongue:

So far:

Tues - WATP 4M
Wed - Superwalk 4M
Thurs - Just Walk 4M - I am loving this new one!

12 down - 78 to go

    Okay Princess! I'll join you. All of my miles will be using Leslie Sansone Walk-at-Home DVDs.


    Goal: 90 miles

    Completed today (4/5) – 4 miles (Leslie Sansone Walk Slim 5 Really Big Miles)

    Total completed – 16 miles

    Left to complete – 74 miles

    I run a few miles every week but I also walk with LS and really love it. Am still waiting for my second dvd but the one I have will do for another week.
    I'll try 80 miles in April and hope I can do it.

    Total completed – 20 miles

    Nice job so far this week ladies!! Walk, walk, walk!

    Did 4M Punch today + the lower body workout at the end! Whew!

    Total completed - 16 miles

    Just finished the 5 mile fat burn walk...legs are killing me today after my running this morning.
    Ok I try for 80 miles this month. 5 down, 75 to go.

    LS 5 M Walk & tone + total body slim down workout at the end.

    GOAL - 90 Miles

    Total this week: 21 miles
    Total to go: 69 miles

    Hi. I was a part of the march walking group. Was waiting for the April set to start. Thank you Tin Tin for redirecting me.

    Here is my April so far

    Goal 50

    April 1= 3
    April 2= 4
    April 4= 4
    April 5= 1
    April 7= 1. But I am going to try and get out on my dinner break for another walk. Heading to work on about 30 min

    Total left is 37

    My goal for April is to do 65 miles. My goal for March was 60 and did great by getting 73 miles in.

    April might be a little tougher getting my miles in, as I will be gone for about a week on vacation.

    I'm incorporating yoga and meditation as part of my routine as well.

    April so far: 4/3 3mi, 4/4 3mi, 4/5 4mi, 4/6 5mi total for the week 15

    Did 5 Fat Burn Miles on Sunday and Monday each. So far I'm 15 miles down from my goal of 80 miles. 65 more to walk.
    BTW, I did 5 'torture' miles today: with ankle weights and wrist weights. OMG, I was sweating...:cry:

    I am new to this group, and my goal for April is 40 miles. I have had a slow start, but I think it is doable. I have 9 miles logged so far...aiming for 3-4 more today!

    Hi! Welcome! That is a great goal!

    Today I did 2 of my favorites - 3 Mile Walk your Belly Flat and 2 Mile Fast Walk with the weight belt.

    My goal is 90
    So far have walked 29 miles
    61 to go

    I will probably go for a short walk tomorrow as I want to do a strength workout - Turbo Sculpt.

    Great job! Have been wanting to try ankle weights, but, hmmm, torture?? LOL Let me know how those legs feel tomorrow!

    Great job! Have been wanting to try ankle weights, but, hmmm, torture?? LOL Let me know how those legs feel tomorrow!

    It was actually not too bad. My legs are fine. But I could see on my HRM that I'm burning more calories with the weights. It's worth a try
