Did 5 Fat Burn Miles on Sunday and Monday each. So far I'm 15 miles down from my goal of 80 miles. 65 more to walk.
BTW, I did 5 'torture' miles today: with ankle weights and wrist weights. OMG, I was sweating...

It was actually not too bad. My legs are fine. But I could see on my HRM that I'm burning more calories with the weights. It's worth a try0 -
