    Did 5 Fat Burn Miles on Sunday and Monday each. So far I'm 15 miles down from my goal of 80 miles. 65 more to walk.
    BTW, I did 5 'torture' miles today: with ankle weights and wrist weights. OMG, I was sweating...:cry:

    Great job! Have been wanting to try ankle weights, but, hmmm, torture?? LOL Let me know how those legs feel tomorrow!

    This is my first day in MFP. It's an awesome webpage. I'm so glad to be here.... sharing all this with you.

    Goal: 60 miles with Leslie from now to April 30.

    Today 04-07: Super walk 3 miles:happy:
    Total to go: 57 miles:tongue:

    Total completed – 24 miles

    I messed up the date on yesterday's post. It should have read 4/9. The other totals are correct.

    It was actually not too bad. My legs are fine. But I could see on my HRM that I'm burning more calories with the weights. It's worth a try

    Hi! I just saw this and would love to join if it's not too late! I do the Leslie Sansone videos at home and haven't been doing them for a bit (I'm totally getting back on the wagon, fell off hard in so many ways!) And I had already made a committment to myself to start my videos again TODAY and then I saw this. So, I hope I can join! :) thanks!
