Can you believe we're already 25% done with this challenge? I barely squeezed my workout in last night, starting at 11 PM... but I did it! And it really felt like it went faster! I felt SO good doing the last set of cardio, like I was "floating off the ground." When she says, "For those of you on day 5, 6 or 7, you'll be able to tell how your endurance has improved," I'm pretty sure I said out loud to my screen, "I CAN!" Haha... I still missed about four of the anterior raises with my weights, but I pushed through as much as I could. I'm also working on getting a little lower into my pushups -- I know I can put more into them than I have been. I was definitely grunting a bit trying to push up; Jillian would be proud.

Yep , did it, found it tough after a crappy day at work. I'm noticing a huge difference from day 1 too - it truly is ammazing how fast our bodies can adapt !0

Yesterday (Apr. 5) was day 3 for me. I can already tell the difference from day 1, that was the hardest!! I am able to do things easier now, but I'm still adjusting to the push ups. Not sure how that's going to go, as I'm still doing the wussy ones lol. I am definitely looking forward to the end of the 30 Day Shred, I am already seeing results in my energy levels. The fact that I'm not at the house all day with absolutely no energy is definitely a step in the right direction. I love the fact that I feel energetic and that I can actually keep up with my 3 kids a little better than I could before. I am looking forward to going to the beach this summer and not being ashamed to wear a bikini. That is my ultimate goal with all of this. I'm super excited about the 30 Day Shred and all of the benefits that come with it. :bigsmile:0

I wouldnt worry I've never been able to do full press ups even at my fittest in my 20's, still cant do them maybe at the end I'll manage it!
Thankfully my knee seems to be getting better each day that passes, also ordered a set of 3kg weights now beginning to think my set of 1kgs too light especially doing the flies, I'll pick them up tomorrow. Is anyone thinking of going to level 2 yet?0 -
I am still in it. I have gotten all my workouts so far and I can definitely feel the difference. I also am starting to see some definition in my shoulders and of course the inches are melting away from my bust which is the one place I would be happy to keep the meager inches that I have! :laugh:0

^^ haha, yes i have noticed some bust shrinkage of my own, though in my case i am actually quite pleased about that.
I did level 2 today. i had heard it was a big step up, so was expecting the worst. It was tough, but not unachievable. There are definately some tricky moves in there but feeling ok about doing it tomorrow.0
