How's your week?

Hey, Everyone!

How's your week going?

-easy, right on track, staying strong
-hard, ready to give up, feeling defeated
-somewhere in the middle...

The only thing that matters is that you keep going. If you are strong, then send an encouraging note to someone who is struggling...you never know when the tables may be turned. If you are feeling weak, let us know and ask for help. Somebody here may have just the perfect word to encourage you.

I am so proud to be sharing this journey with each of you. We can do this together!

    Hey Mark looking good can't beleive the differance with out the beard.

    Week was inbetween untill I weighed in this morning. Going a little better now. Like you said just got to keep on going.

    Never give up and when the going gets tough just ask your friends for some support.
  • Week has been tough.
    Battling a shoulder injury. Still- I never gave up!
    Eating well- journaling everything.
    Didn't skip a workout-even in pain. You know why? BECAUSE, AFTERWARDS, I FEEL INCREDIBLE. Exercise truly is the BEST medicine.

    I really can't wait to meet you in May. :smile:

    Guess I get to be the downer here. My week has been rough and got worse when I weighed in this morning. Put 2 pounds back on. I always hear the trainers saying stress is a huge factor. My stress is pretty through the roof. With good friends and encouraging words I will get back on track. Just about cried when my pants were tight again this AM. Glad things are going well for the rest of you...I will keep trying. This week will be better!!
