I started counting carbs last Sunday. This is Thursday. Today, I'm in ketosis. Why, I do believe they call this a NSV!!!///
Hey. I'm headed in the right direction. And I don't mean just a little itty bitty eeny weeny bit of ketosis. I'm in a whole full blown beautiful shade of moderate ketosis. Come on Rejoice with me. WOOOOO HOOOOOOO!!

    Oh, yeah. Peeing purple is a definite NSV!! Way to go!

    Friendly advice is pump the water and stay well hydrated. Doesn't need to be deep purple to mean you're burning fat. Getting rid of those ketones can dry you out pretty fast.

    I'm definitely pumping the water. I've had people say I'm drinking too much.
