"Continue"..

Does anyone else find themselves using this word more than usual? I catch myself using it several times a day, mostly with the kids. I'll be showing them how to do something, and then when it is their turn to try it, "continue"... lol

Also, I find myself groaning when Chalene says it because it means I'm about to feel the burn. I have a love/hate relationship with "the burn".
