Am going to doc next week to check things out. I expected to be down 30 by now (90 days) and have been on plan perfect. Down just under 10.:sad:

    I have been taking pills for hypothyroid (underactive thyroid) for about 25 years. I recently had the dosage increased but unfortunately it didnt help much with my weight loss :(

    I have lost 12 lbs since November - it is coming off very slowly but thats ok. At least it is coming off...lol
