I thinking of uping my calories since I seem to have stalled. Was at 1250 (per mfp) from all the bmr calculators I am somewhere around 1460. Wondering how many calories are you eating? I'm 46 5'5 and my current weight is165

    Activity Level Daily Calories
Sedentary (little or no exercise, desk job) 1598
    Lightly Active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/wk) 1832
    Moderately Active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/wk) 2065
    Very Active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk) 2298
Extremely Active (hard daily exercise/sports & physical job or 2X day training, i.e marathon, contest etc.) 2531

I got this from the fat2fit calculators (wasn't sure what your goal weight was so I put in 135), and with even lightly active it shows you should be eating 1832, minus say 250 a day for 1/2 lb weight loss a week

I use Calorie Calculator to see what I need to do. I'm 47, 5'5" and 196 pounds. For weight loss (3x week) 1679cals, 1568 for extreme loss. 1568 is little or no workout. This is based on the MIffin scale. I have a choice of 3 types of scales to work from.

I started losing again when I changed my exercise routine. I had been doing the same exercises most days, but the trainer at my gym changed my routine completely and that seems to have done the trick for me.
I'm not eating any differently, nor am I burning any more calories.. but for some reason I am losing weight now!
