Also, I wanted to let you AWESOME OLYMPIANS know that Tessa's baby girl is still very very sick - that's why she hasn't been online much in the last couple of days.....
Keep doing the incredible job that you are all doing - and PLEASE REMEMBER HER BABY GIRL IN YOUR PRAYERS.......

I did fabulous last week and lost 3.8 lbs... but I think I gained that all back in teh past 2 days! yikes!! weekend+holiday=me eating way too much! yikes!0

Yeah, I did well losing 4 oounds during the week & then BLEW it yesterday on Easter Ugh!!! I gained 2 pounds since yesterday ...pist! Hopefully, the 7 miler this a.m. will compensate for it. I didn't exercise over the weekend, because I sprained a muscle in neck. So, the calories I earned today for running, I'm putting them towards yesterdays disaster of a day.0

Ah sorry to let you all down, but I just hadn't had the time to log everything in for last week. I'm even modifying the exercises because I'm in varsity tennis and I'm doing the walking challenge so I don't want to stress out my body and I'm in my last weeks of school so I need to study. Even by doing the exercises, I am not getting challenged so instead I take total conditioning and strength training classes which we do basically the same stuff, but more repetitions and add free weights. I don't know if this still counts towards 5 points, so let me know if this is okay or not. I am now 160 lbs so whatever I'm doing is working.
I"m still up for this challenge though!0 -

Today, I did Challenge Day 1 - 2 - 3 + Treadmill. Ahhhh burpees, I was so missing them... :sad:

Just wanted to let everybody know that because several people have asked - we've decided that you can now "make up" any exercise challenges that you miss from the previous week.
Just be sure to go back and update the spreadsheet once you make up those challenges! This will be good for those of us who travel on the weekends, or have crazy hectic weekends and cannot get to the challenges until a few days later. Just know that you will only be able to go back 1 week when doing "make ups"!

As you were told, my little girl has been having a very tough time. She seems to be through the worst of it, now a waiting game til we see the specialist. In the meantime...I'M BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!!!
How is everyone doing?? I am personally loving the exercise challenges, I've got some catching up to do from missing a couple of days last week, but I'm looking forward to the burn!!0 -

Yes - if you have the time - I think it's helpful to post your stats on the thread like this..... I know that some days are just busier than others, but do what you can. I think we need to keep encouraging each other - which is what this thread is for.0 -
OK Ladies!!! For those of you who haven't done so yet - dont forget to post your weight on the google doc spreadsheet - there is a tab (at the bottom of the page) for weigh-ins.
Also, your week #3 exercise challenges are posted on the blog now. I will start a new thread tomorrow morning for the new week. Week #3 HERE WE COME!!!!
ONE NOTE: I've had several people voice their opinions about not being able to make up the exercise challenges from the previous week - and that since this is a "challenge" we shouldn't be able to put them off - knowing that we have several days to make them up....... and I agree with that. So as of this week - you will ONLY have Sunday of the new week to make up any challenges that you have missed from the previous week.
I recomment that early in the week (Mon or Tues) you try to get a day "ahead" in your challenges - just in case you end up not feeling well, or life gets in the way.
