Hi,
Before i take the plunge i just wanted to ask a few questions to find out what the diet side of this is like and whether all the exercises are planned for you or whether its more a teach you the foundation then you go off and develiop on your own.
I have read burn the fat, feed your muscle. I try to follow the high protein, low fat low-mod carb type of diet, i generally eat up to 5 small meals a day, inc 1-2 protein drinks. I am a veggie though and find it extremely difficult to get the protein i need, i started forcing myself to eat fish (ugh) hate the taste, always have, but really stuck what to do protein wise.
I do have a fair amount to lose still but i have been doing HIIT and MRT training for a few months now and generally workout 5-6 times a week.
If anyone could offer advice before i start and give me an idea of what to expect, i would be really grateful. Thanks
Ally

Hi, you can check your library for the book and check it out and see it is for you before you buy. The book gives you a workout plan for 6 months. They do explain everything for diet and workouts. The diet is high on protein, but if you want to build muscle and get stronger you have to get a lot of protein. They recommend you lift as heavy as you can, doing compound lifts,3 times a week and do light cardio in between. Check the library and see for your self.0

you dont have to follow the diet. i dont follow the diet because 1) i dont want to be told what to eat and 2) i have gluten allergies and their plan involves quite a bit of gluten.
i'd say my diet is probably lower on the carbs because of my allergies but i eat a fair amount of protein and honestly i'm not even paying attention to fat.0
