Prior to this weekend, I was over 8 weeks binge free. Then I went interstate for Easter, and was no longer able to track calories. I was feeling amazing 11.3 pounds down, and trusted myself enough not to have to stick to a strict eating schedule, as it would be almost impossible to track anyway.

Boy was I wrong!!

I binged 3 times this weekend. Once on Friday night, Sunday & tonight. I feel awful, like a whale, and man was this a humungous set of consecutive binges. I reckon I've eaten back at least 6 pounds.

I feel bloody awful. I plan on starting fresh in the morning, and will be upping my exercise this week.

How did everyone else go?

Sweetie, I SWEAR you are telling my exact same story, lol!

I also recently lost 10.5lbs (close to your loss), and I thought "Hey, I'm doing so well, I will be fine". Boyyy did I think WRONG. I had bad dinners two nights in a row, not technically binges but still pretty bad :[. And then last night... A large binge :[. It was badd. And I feel terrible now but all we can do is lift our heads and move onto better choices right?

Today so far I am doing better in my recovery from the binge. I'm praying to God so I have the strength to not do that again :[
  • I didn't binge Friday night (a HUGE feat for me, since I've been binge eating every friday night for the past 4 months...) but then Saturday I binged on chocolate and pizza. It was a 4000 calorie binge. one of my largest.... Then I binge ate again on Sunday afternoon.

I feel horrible. I've gained 10lbs from binge eating. I want so badly to stop it!

That's great! Take pride in your accomplishment :], every little step counts don't forget that.
