My day 60 results had me down 5lbs and 13 inches with a gain of 6 inches (calves and upper arms). I am only 3 lbs to goal so I did not have a lot to lose. I'm hoping phase 3 gets rid of the last 3 lbs for for me! I did do the kick start at the beginning and followed it to a T. The first phase I really stuck to her meal plan but added additional calories. The second phase I have only used some of her meals but mostly I'm just trying to clean up my lifestyle and make healthier choices. I have been trying to eat around 1550 calories a day whether I workout or not.0

After 4 weeks finally saw results, not much but its something!!!
Starting Phase 3 tomorrow so it was time for a check in.
Lost 1.5 lbs, 1/2 in in hip area.
My goal is to loose 3 in (5 would be a perfect world) in hip area.0 -
I started week 3 (Phase 1) this past Saturday and have lost 8 pounds so far. 6 Pounds came in the first week and 2 for the second week. I can see changes in my body already and I am very happy with the results so far. I would like to get to about 117 pounds. currently I am 133.4. I am 5'4. Although, I am not married to the scale number - 117. If I look fabulous at a different number that will be great with me!0
