Schedule Question

Hello all!

My 30DS schedule is as follows:

2 days 30DS
1 day cardio
2 days 30DS
1 day cardio
1 day off
Repeat

Now...yesterday was supposed to be day 5 for me but because of the holiday and my own laziness, I didn't work out. I did today, however. Tomorrow is SUPPOSED to be a cardio day for me.

So here's my question, which of the following should I do?

1. 4 days of 30DS then 1 day of cardio on friday
2. Keep tomorrow my cardio day and move on with my normal schedule
3. Totally shift my schedule by 1 day and do 2 days of 30 DS and 1 day of cardio, etc...but by 1 day different

    I think you should do #4, just keep doing your normal schedule as if you never missed a day, since you worked out today, tomorrow do day 2 of 30 day shred, then 1 day cardio, 2 days 30 day shred, 1 day cardio and 1 day rest. I think this will keep your body from getting "off track" since its by 1 day and not 4 like option 1 kinda imposes

    I did cardio today so that I could keep on my normal schedule. I'm kinda OCD that way. I have it all marked in my calendar and I hate having to change it! LOL Plus...I was in more of a bike riding mood today anyway! :)
