I am on day 20 and am new to the group. I started 20days ago with only 6lbs loss. I fell of the wagaon hard yesterday with easter dinner and a boat load of candy. This week I will be back strong with 5day pure protein. I just bought the new Dukan cookbook and has some great recipes
My version of this desert is my favorite:
1/2 cup of ff milk + 1/2 cup FF greek yogurt
splenda to taste
1tsp orange flavoring
1tsp vanilla flavoring
blend well, chill for 1 hr

welcome! i wonder if you didn't have much to lose. I have been on the plan for almost four weeks and have lost 10 pounds of a total of 30 to get to my true weight. So far it's been OK. I do have a small mount of extra fat and dark chocolate everyday to keep me on track and motivated. hasn't impeded my progress yet! I'll have to try your recipe!0

I started around 2 weeks ago, and total weight loss is around 2.3kg so far.
I cheat every now and again by sticking a little bit of rice, fruit, salad, potato's or deep fried items into the eating plan (this was even during the attack phase) - and its working for me so I think its ok to bend the rules a little bit (as you go into cruise phase)0
