Good morning, all my beautiful Shredders! Are you ready for another day of Workout Two? I'm not really sore from last night; my arms just feel TIRED. Maybe the soreness will kick in later today...
I have a massage scheduled for after work, so I'm hoping that'll help me feel invigorated again before my workout this evening. Fingers crossed. Have a great workout today, everyone!

Workout 2 is really hard on my wrists since I'm so heavy but I'm sticking with it. I have never been so happy to get to ab work in my life!0

Oh, I forgot to mention, I went down onto my elbows for part of one of the plank circuits (elbows directly under my shoulders, hands and forearms on the floor)... I can't remember which part, though. Maybe the jacks, or maybe the twists. That gave my arms a little more of a break while still challenging me, and still moving the entire time. I did it for maybe ten seconds, and then got back up onto my hands. It seems like a good alternative if it's really killing your shoulders or wrists, and I figure it's better than stopping altogether!0 -
Day 2 of Level 2 was certainly better than Day 1!
I was hanging with Anita for a lot of the cardio but I thought... what the heck, why not try the 'jacks' instead of the steps in the plan jacks. Surprisingly, it seemed a little easier. Then again, I wasn't jumping super wide.
Anyone else feel like a total idiot doing the cardio hops (feet and arms opposite directions)? Sheesh.0 -
