I started eating more only a week ago, and after initially gaining two pounds in the first two days, I have now lost three pounds! I'm wondering if this could be water weight, but considering I've upped my calories by 400 a day, I'm not too sure. But yes, I was hugely skeptical when I started eating more, but I wanted to assure all other doubters that it really works!

Yay! Way to go on staying the course, even through the initial gain. That is the hardest part.
Now you just continue to trust the process (even if the fluctuations come and go), because your body is ready to start taking you places
