Hi everyone...so far I have made the turkey burgers and they were delicious and I plan on making the veggie soup today for lunch tomorrow through Sunday...has anyone made the fish recipe? I'm a little skeptical so I wanted to get some feedback before I get the ingredients to make it. Thanks

I haven't made it yet. I'm trying to figure out what to use instead of fish cause we don't eat seafood. I will big making the chef salad today using canned chicken breast instead of tuna. So far all the recipes I've made, I enjoyed )0

I've made the rosemary citrus tilapia - it was really good. I omitted the capers (I don't care for them) and used lettuce and spinach instead of arugula because I already had these on hand. I also used Kraft light raspberry balsamic vinaigrette for the dressing because I love it and always have it on hand. Yum!
The peppercorn steak, by the way, is also fantastic (though I just added the tomato salad to fresh baby spinach instead of wilting the spinach under the meat - that seemed weird and less tasty to me).0
