So the other day at Trader Joe I bought some Creme Fraiche (sp??) on a whim...in reading through I saw where some people were putting a dollop on berries and what not...

Well the other day i decided to add a small dallop to my mashed up half avacado....oh man so creamy and made it even more delicious...ate it with some baby carrots and red pepper strips...

    I'll bet it is good! It's like a fancy sour cream. I bought it once not realizing it was slightly sour and didn't really care for it with berries, but with something savory, it would be yummy!

    Though I'm experimenting with no dairy for a month, what I LOVE with berries is Mascarpone cheese, it's like solid cream. Heavenly! Of course, Heavy Whipping Cream is decadent as well.
