I just got back from the gym and finished Day 2 of Week 3 it went really well.0 -

So have I! My calf muscles hate me at the moment though, I worked them running on Tuesday, then stretched them out at yoga on Wednesday, then yesterday ran again and they were pretty tight, and tonight I have yoga so will be stretching them out again haha.
Tomorrow I am going to just go for a long walk or a long bike ride, and then attempt W5D1 on Sunday, eeeeeek I'm nervous!0
