Question for 2nd round(or more) Shredders

Today is my last day of level 2, I'm going to do 10 days of level 3 and my first round will be done. I was planning on going back through and do each level 5 days and repeat.

For those of you who have been through multiple times, I'm wondering, did you increase your hand weights? I'm doing 3lbs right now but on some muscles (biceps for example) that seems pretty easy. I was thinking of going up to 5lbs the second time through or maybe even alternating between 3 and 5 depending on the move. Now that I know the routines I think I can anticipate which weights to grab.

Advice from expert shredders is appreciated!

    Hello! I've done the Shred 2 times before this current time. I have a set of 3lb weights and a set of 5s. As soon as I get the form down pat using the 3s and it becomes easy to do with them, I switch up to the 5s... all depending on each move individually. So I have both sets within easy reach throughout each workout. :)
