Decaff coffee/ Water and Sweetner questions

Hi all,

Ok a few questions I drink lots (8-10 cups a day) of Black decaff coffe with 2 splenda tablets in each one will this really mess with anything too much? Carb wise and health wise?

Can I count black decaf coffee in my 8 glasses of water a day?

    In the book they say to count each sachet of splenda as i net carb, 3 max per day :(
