Sorry for my absence! It has been a long week for me. But I must say that I am doing better with my meal choices. I have been tempted a few times to have beef, but I strayed away. After watching an episode of "A Thousand Ways to Die", I will never eat pork again. So I bought turkey bacon last night. I have had no real cravings for red meat, actually, since my last entry, I feel much better. I have been eating fish and chicken this week with veggies or a salad. I am still working on eating breakfast. I must say, I did NO exercise, however, my 5k training beginnings next week Thursday. And I got a personal trainer. More accountability. No more excuses.
