Did you still lose weight?
I just started running...@2 miles 5x wk. I calculated BMR (1538) & TDEE (~2500) & apparently wasnt eating enough. So I increased from 1200 to 1600 (yesterday), plus eat back burned. Now I feel stuffed & Im SO afraid of gaining back what Ive lost.
Im stuck at 170
GW 125 - 135 (we'll see)

It's going to take longer than a few days for you notice a difference.
I'm stuck in a plateau, so I'm doing more strength training, and it's helping, but it is slow, but then again i only have a few more pounds to go until I'm at my ultimate goal weight. I'm currently 148.5lbs (67.5kg). and my UGW is 143lbs (65kg).
it took time to put it on it's going to take time to take it off.
but in saying that, are you just running, or are you doing other workouts. I run 2-3 times a week, and on my running days I also do a core workout (kettleworx). On my non running days, I do insanity. I then have 1 rest day a week.
I'm also running a lot further now than I was when I first started. When I started, it was just 3km, then I built up to 5km, now I'm building up to 10km (which I can do), and then I'll be increasing my mileage again to half marathon 13.1mi or 21km .
I haven't increased my cal intake (bmr is 1520, tdee is 2517), but I do eat a min of half of my exercise calories back or all. Just give i time.
let us know again in 2 weeks how it goes.0
