Need a weight loss buddy
Hey all! I am 32 and mom of two boys. I run 6-8 miles 3-4 times a day( didn't run last couple weeks) I definetly need motivation to go back running and losing 10-15 more lbs. Anyone interested? Bee

Runners with knee arthritis
So what I was originally diagnosed with, patellofemoral syndrome, then meniscal tear turned out to be neither.. arthritis is the diagnose per arthroscopy. Any one else with knee arthritis and still running??? My doctor made it sound like my running days may be numbered... Do you take supplements, if so what? Run barefoot…
2013 running goals
so what are your running goals for 2013? well I would like to run at least 3 half marathons. I have one paid for already. Just need to decide on the other 2. I would also love to run at least 7 organised fun runs. I have 2 planned already. one of those being a half. And a few pb's would be great too. what about you all.
