Tabata Training is a great way to get a fast quick workout in. It speeds up metabolism and keeps the engine running hot! Try 8 rounds..work for 20 seconds doing jumping lunges..then rest for ten seconds...until all 8 rounds have been completed. Then try some pushups. As women we tend to be weaker in our upper body - so those pushups will get you strong and lean. Tabata Training...3...2...1...GO!

I love Tabata as a finisher! Kb thrusters and side to side step ups are my two most fave. , but the possibilities are endless!0

Just a question, how do you know the calories burned from Tabata & how can I log it here?0

I log it as 4 min. of circuit training-I don't know how much cals. I burn, and I bet it's more than just 4 min. of circuit training, but I rather underestimate my burned cals.0
