It's a beautiful weekend here in Nashville. I spent a great deal of time outside yesterday. How about you? What sort of excercise have you done this weekend?

    Well its finally warming up here in Northern Canada. I spent some time in the bluffs yesterday and loved it. I'm heading back this morning with my daughter and then back home to do some laundry and cleaning....oh joy. ;)
    I'm having back nerve surgery on Tuesday so I'm hoping to only be down for a couple days then back by Thursday.
