    Congrats! Im about to start this program and was wondering how you count the exercise on my fitnesspal for this particular dvd series? Thanks.

    I wear a HR monitor/ calorie counter to record my burns. Then I create my own exercise.

    I also have my measurements:

    Natural waist:: 30

    Belly button: 32

    Low waist: 35

    Hips: 42

    Thighs: 24

    I just started JMBR 2 days ago. Later this morning when I get off work will be my 3rd day. I can't wait to start seeing progress! I am loving this workout so far! Good luck everyone!
